My husband and I contacted Heather O'Brien about a house we had seen
advertised that she was the realtor for. Before even looking at any
houses, Heather sat down with us and asked us what we were looking for
and not looking for. She listened to what we wanted and showed us only
houses that fit the description. She was very knowledgable about the
area and was constantly in contact with us regarding houses that came on
the market. We even did an about face as far as what we were looking
for and she had absolutely no problem with that. She was excellent as
far as explaining the process of purchasing a home and did almost all
the leg work involved in getting the home inspected by all companies that

Heather O'Brien is the ONLY realtor that I have dealt with, in my 11 years of buying and selling real estate for a living, that truly knows real estate.
